During the past three years, nearly 100 area residents have been trained as leaders on adaptive skills in trust, leading change, communication and conflict resolution. Project focus areas include Municipal Collaboration, Community Outreach, Education, and Environment.

But this effort is not limited to those who have received leadership training. Each of us has talents and expertise we can share to better our community.
